2022 music festivals in Southern California — who’s playing and how to get tickets – Orange County Register

2021-12-31 07:10:03 By : Ms. Annie Li

There are numerous multiple-day fests returning to Southern California after being sidelined for two years by the COIVD-19 pandemic, including the mighty three-day, two-weekend Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival and its single-weekend country music sister fest, the Stagecoach Country Music Festival.

While a few of the festivals are familiar, there are also brand-new events, including Cruel World (rescheduled from 2020), and since SoFi Stadium in Inglewood is hosting Super Bowl LVI in February, the Bud Light Super Bowl Music Fest is coming to Los Angeles just ahead of the big game.

Some of the promoters have only released the dates of the festivals and will announce lineups soon. Check individual festival websites for updates on performers, as well as the latest COVID-19 health and safety protocol and requirements for attending.

Additional festival events are expected to return in 2022, however these are the ones with firm dates and tickets available for purchase. Price ranges vary and a few events have already sold-out, but some tickets may be available through secondary sellers.
