Highlight: Filling the demand in the Mesa Gateway market, with industrial vacancy rates below 2%, these buildings were specifically designed to accommodate multiple tenants requiring smaller suite sizes.

Highlight: Airport 48 is a rare Phoenix infill site being developed by ViaWest Group to host a single ground-up development, Class A modern industrial building with quick access to a full diamond interchange.
