The Factory at Franklin™ will put lights on the iconic Factory water tower to create an impressive 100-foot-tall "Christmas tree" that will glow every night throughout the holiday, thus kicking off the holiday season. Inside, visitors will find rows of decorated trees, festive decorations and various shops offering unique and local gift ideas.

"We embrace the holiday spirit at The Factory," said Allen Arender, partner and senior vice president of development at Holladay Properties, the new owner of The Factory. "For our shopkeepers, this is an exciting time of the year, and we hope to provide our visitors with some special enjoyment when shopping and dining with us this holiday season."

As the most popular factory tradition, the tree parade features 40 decorated trees, each with a unique theme. Factory owners provide Christmas trees and gift cards for every shop and restaurant to buy their own style decorations. Visitors can admire a tree decorated with flowers, a music-themed tree, even a pizza-themed tree, and so on.

The tree parade will also be displayed on The Factory’s social media site, encouraging fans to vote for their favorite tree in order to win a gift card to send to the The Factory store or restaurant of their choice.

Even though we have faced challenges in the past 24 months, it is amazing to see Franklin continue to flourish," The Blockhouse founder/head of Matt Finn (Matt Finn) Fine) said. Holidays are one of our busiest seasons of the year, and we are very happy to see the new vision of the factory continue to grow!"

The plant was recently acquired by Holladay Properties. The renovation project will begin in 2022 and will create a high-end shopping, dining and entertainment experience. Many shops and restaurants can’t be found in Franklin or even Nashville. Visitors will enjoy a brand new, high-end shopping and dining experience-a perfect work/entertainment environment-not just shops, top restaurants and chic offices, but Artistic alleys, green spaces for relaxing and strolling, live performances, etc., including innovative office spaces.
