Q1. Warranty period?
One year or 1000 operation hours whichever come first.
Q2. International warranty service?
Most of products enjoy the International Warranty Service, eg: Cummins, Perkins, kubota, Stamford, and other world-famous brand, most of Chinese brand without International Warranty Service, but Robust Power will offer after sales service, pls do not worried about it.
Q3. Payment terms?
A: By TT, 30% deposit, and 70% balance before shipment.
B: 100% ieervocable LC at sight. (LC issuing bank must be the top class bank, and LC should be approved by Sinosure.)
Q4. Delivery time?
30 days after deposite or LC received, pls kindly contact with salesperson before order confirmed.
